GET's Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed by experienced engineers twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. From our NOC, GET performs day-to-day monitoring and management activities to identify and resolve incidents, performs root cause analysis on problems, executes standard changes for the devices and applications, and generates and analyzes system performance reports.
